It seems that PPP, rather calling it PPP, i would prefer to call it Zardari League is now trying hard to slips away from NRO cases, which has been opened recently by Pakistan’s Judiciary. Initially, they checked many aspect, which delebrately hits the Judiciary and other Element around Govt of Pakistan.

Such as, issue of MQM power in Sindh, Army Influence over country and finally they tickle Judiciary, which is in the hands of well known CJ of Pakistan and his team mates.

They are trying every inch, as they are expected to be hit by NRO cases later on.

Now coming toward the current issue of appointing Judges in Supreme and High courts of Pakistan. Many Well famous names, Like Syed uz Zaman, Aitezaaz Ahsen, Kurd and many other names had said that The Notifications which are circulated by the Govt has no footings and are contridicting act to 1973 Ordinance. As a result today, Zardari League revert with the rectified Notifications and this time, it again CJ Choudhry who wins over Pakistan’s Govt. Justice Sharif stand with Lahore High Court, whereas Justice Saqib and Asif Khosa relocated in Supreme Court. Retd Justice Ramday appointed as Ad-Hoc Judge in Supreme Court for One year.

Now Question arises, why the opposing Notification was issue earlier ? Are they not aware of what Ordinance has to say for this particular issue? or they wanted to pick clash among judges? or they wanted Justice Saqib, Justice Sharif out of the CJ Choudhry team?

In My Opinion:

None of the above question are i think relevant with the Govt’s earlier notification. In my opinion, Zardari League is just wanted way out from this system and NRO cases, thats why they are trying hard to capture all the power, so that NRO cases and other issue, like closure of 17th amendement and many other issue, which are more important for the public but not for themselves. They are hitting every element around to check whether they have full authority and command on them or not. they tried with ISI, Army, Print and Electronic Media and now they tried their force against Judiciary, which is supervised by CJ Choudhry and their Honest Team Mates. And they will be doing the same things, as long as the issues pertained to them are not sorted out.

Now it is time for Print and Electronic Media to re-launch the Issues, which pertain to Pakistan’ Nation and prime issues are :

Results and proceedings of NRO Cases.

Deficiency of Sugar and Wheat.

Shortfall of Electricity and Prices of Electricity.

Rental Power Plant Installation.

Call for Diminishing 17th Amendement.

These are few core issues, which our print and electronic media has do write and portrait among National circle so that, Govt would atleast face them.

After shameful defeat in Australia, Pakistan Cricket has been criticized by whole nation. Pakistan Cricket struck by worst ever era and time, where there is collapse in every aspect of Pakistan Cricket. Cricket Team, Cricket board, Cricket Selection Committee, all are in great pressure by Pakistan’s Nation.

Now coming toward the current issue of Captaincy, Shoaib Malik has been announced again Captain of Pakistan. Afridi was expected to be captaining Pakistan but after latest bowl tempering issue, his name was side lined.

As Pakistani and Cricket Lover i need to speak out. In my opinion there are many issues such as :

The Issue of Captaincy

The Issue of Discipline in a Team

The issue of Selection of Team & Player Power

The list goes on and on. Now one by one i want to add my word to the issue as resolution.

The Issue of Captaincy:

After Imran Khan, more than 25 captains have been used so far. There was a time in Late 90′s, maximum numbers of player were remained Captain of Pakistan’s Team. Now you can feel the same flair. Captains are not selected on merit. That is the reason the results are getting worst. Captains are not fixed and given chance to up till specific time period, due to which players keeps on planning against the current captain.

In my Opinion:

The Captain should be selected on merit, where performance of the optioned player should be check. The player should be selected for the Captaincy, who has good performance record and he should be inform player. Plus Player should be selected for 4 to 5 years. and other players which are selected should be in form and players having bad form should be pulled out instantly. Selection should be performance base and every player should have proper backup.

The Issue of Discipline in a Team:

The discipline in the team has been remain very poor. Initially Shoaib Akhtar and other players like, Muhammad Asif have been found involved in different cases but they have been given liverages. Now Shahid Afridi found involved in Bowl tempering. There many names, like Imran Nazir, Imran Farhat and now Umer Akmal has been in with some sort of suspicious attitude.

The Selection of Team:

The selection of the Pakistan Cricket Team has been issue from a very long time. Now if we see the last tour, Selection of the Bowlers in Test, Batsmen Selection in ODI series in Australia and the Squad for T20 against Australia.

Now first come toward test squad. Questionable Names are:

Imran Farhat (Who does not even know how to play defensive Shot and do not even know how to play in good seeming and swing pitches, has been added in Test Match Squad).

Shoaib Malik (Who had worst averages in past several years)

Faisal Iqbal (Who was several times picked, as he is just nephew of Javed Miandad)

Khurram Manzoor (Who was picked due to his good batting defense but not given any chance in first two Test Matches where every one having trouble and not been able to score against weak Australian Team)

Fawad Alam (Young but still given chances in all three test matches)

Abdul Rauf (Given Chance but in one test match and then send back to country, why he was picked just for One test Match)

My Opinion :

All the names above should not be selected for Test Squad. As None of them except Khurram Manzoor and Fawad Alam were capable enough to be in Team against Australia. Selection Committe should be answerable for this mistake. Numbers of Young Lads are not selected. It was stated that Shoaib Malik was picked only due to demand of Muhammad Yousaf and now Muhammad Yousaf is the only one who is pysh harsh words against him.

Issue of Selection and Player Power:

Pitches in Pakistan are very flat and paceless, where big scores has been witnessed even from the players having bad techniques. Ultimately these bad quality players picked for the Pakistan National Team. Certainly If bad quality players creep in the Team they will try to fight for their own position with the help of Player Power, without concentrating on their own performance.

My Opinion:

First time we have prepare quality, fast and bouncy Pitches and Track. Automatically on quality fast and bouncy track, quality batsmen will come up and automatically they will selected. When Quality Batsmen comes into Pakistan Cricket Team, they will just play with their quality and Player Power will be eliminated from the team. But Quality Pitches are mandetory as precaution.

Every now and then, we heard about the era, where Anti Christ will take control and demolish everything. Every individual will be on the disposal of a Leader, who will fight against Anti Christ, for the optimum results. Pakistan is facing similar kind of situation, where every other player in the team is seems like Anti Cricket and want to demolish the Pakistan’s Cricket.

If one player stands for the Cricket, others fall. If one strikes for the nation, other drops. Despite of drop catches, if one struggles for Pakistan’s Cricket, others collapse. On top of that, every veteran (like Inzmam, Rashid Latif, Amir Sohail, Abdul Kadir and Sarfraz Nawaz etc) back in country, only criticize Drop catches, dismantled Batting performance and some times rushes with harsh words against bowling as well. But no body is criticizing the selection Test Match Squad, where Abdul Rauf, Shoaib Malik, Imran Farhat, Faisal Iqbal and Fawad Alam were picked.

Despite of dropping to many catches, total runs to be chased was not that high, which seems impossible. But Every Pakistan’s batsman up rooted his own wicket. It was thorough and brief display of irresponsible batting by Pakistan’s batting lineup. Drop catches is also an issue but we should not forget that we lose the match while chasing only 176 runs and almost 1 day and two sessions to play with.

After a very first match, Muhammad Yousaf tickles that Twenty20 cricket will finish Pakistan’s Cricket. Somebody ask him, did you played with responsibility?, there will be no answer for this particular question. Shahid Afridi speaks for the separate squad for every second format, which is worthy enough to be considered. Umar Akmal is exceptional for Pakistan and rest of batsman including Muhammad Yousaf seems ineffective against Australia, despite of having huge experience. Everyone scores, but not enough to meet the situation when it was requires.

Technique of Imran Farhat, Faisal Iqbal, and Karman Akmal is not suitable for Test Match. Rest of the squad is also seems below average. Misbah’s technique seems fine but his bad form halted him. I think now Muhammad Yousaf, Younis Khan, Misbah Ul Haq, Imran Farhat, Faisal Iqbal and Shoaib Malik, should leave places for the young lades, so that Pakistan could better in coming World Cup. If not, Pakistan will face more disgrace and embracing situations in future.

After the defeat in the first test match, Pakistani Coach and Skipper is asking for the Younis Khan to join the team, as they think that Pakistan’s Batting is not to strong to counter Australian Bowlers. Now coming back to the start of the first test match, everyone including Pakistan’s Skipper Muhammad Yousaf and Coach, Intekhaab Alam was stating that Pakistan has a very good chance to shuffle Australia, as their Bowling attack is not that much strong. We were talking about the Bowling attack of Australia but in real, Pakistani Bowling attack and field was the main factor of the failure in this particular Test Match.

In the first inning, Pakistan’s fielders, put down easy catches and in the result of that Australia went on to make 450 plus score. Now tell us is this bowling an fielding weakness or batting weakness which lets Australia to make 450 plus runs on the board.

We should sort out the things more closely before the second match. If we talk about Pakistan’s Batting, it has perform, well in the recent past, Coming toward bowling, bowlers look tidy and rough, Only Muhammad Aamir and Muhammad Asif look impressive, rest the bowlers are seems to be ordinary.

Question to be Answered:

First question, why, Shoaib Malik is picked up, if team management does wants him to play in best possible eleven players ?

Second, why Muhammad Yousaf wants Younis Khan to be in team, where he is out of form from past several years ?

Third, why we are continouesly pulling Imran Farhat and Faisal Iqbal, who are in and out from last 10 years and still not making any real impact ?

Fourthly, why Umer Gul was picked up, when he was not fully fit and yet everyone was making statement that he is 110% fit?

In My Opinion:

First thing, Pakistan Cricket should do is to get rid of players, who are coming in and out from last 10 years, names are Yasir Hameed, Faisal Iqbal, Imran Farhat, Hassan Raza and give chances to young lads, like Ahmed Shahzad, Khurram Manzoor and many others who have recently dominated in Quaid e Azam Trophy. At least these young lads have huge amount of years to learn.

Secondly, pull out bowlers, like Abdul Rauf, and Riaz Wahab, and give chances to Players to young fast bowlers like, we did with Muhammad Aamir and Muhammad Talha. Because, Muhammad Asif, Umer Gul and Muhammad Sami (if he performs well in Australia) have maximum four years of career and after that we cannot see any back up bowler fro these two.

Thirdly, we should promote Shahid Khan Afridi as skipper, because, we is most happing factor for Pakistan cricket in the most recent past for One Days and T20 cricket. he is confident and we have to cash his confidence.

Fourthly, We should not give up the habit of pulling players into the team, who are not in any form and also performing down to their abilities.

What is going on in Australia? This is the question, which is roaming around the minds of every Pakistan Cricket Lover. Get back to the day, 25/12/2009 statement came out by Pakistan’s Coach Mr. Intikhaab Alam that Umer Gul and Danish Kaneria are fit for the Match. But when match started none of them were in the team. Abdul Rauf brought in place of Umer Gul and Saeed Ajmal in place of Danish Kaneria due to Injuries and fitness reasons. Despite of full favor of Muhammad Yousaf, Shoaib Malik was also not included in the team and Faisal Iqbal make in roads.

Now there are two points to be discuss here. One, why Umer Gul and Shoaib Malik was picked for the Australian Tour, where Umer Gul was unfit in real and Shoaib Malik was out of form. Second thing, when Umer Gul was not picked for the first test, when he was openly declared 110 % fit as per Intikhaab Alam.

Looking at four days of Play, Pakistan’s bowling attack look miserable, except Muhammad Amir stand out performance on the fourth day, where he picked 5 wickets to wrack down Aussies to 225/8d. Pakistan’s pace attack look out of order, Muhammad Asif looks stiff and other two bowlers, Abdul Rauf and Saeed Ajmal stood impression less. In the start of the fourth day, again Pakistani fielding lets down. Drop catch of Watson on unlucky number 99 turns him luck, as he went onto 120* not out.

Now looking at the last inning of Pakistan, Imran Farhat looks unstable even against little swing, although he scored in recent innings, is not suitable candidate for the Opening in Australian Pitches. Salman Butt and Faisal Iqbal stands for bit but last not for long. Contribution from both Faisal and Salman is there but still not enough to chase down record total. Yousaf and Umar Akmal although looks comfortable but they still have huge total and first session of the fifth day should not be rolled out.

Match is very much in favor of Australia but the Question remain there that Why Shoaib Malik was not picked for the opening test Match against Australia? And why Team Management declares Player Fit, who was not actually fit.

Before the start of the First Test Match, many players and Team Coach was making statement that “we have a very good of winning this test match, with having Umer Gul and Danish Kaneria fit. And we have the ability to bowl out opposition twice in the test match. We should have look into the facts and reality rather than building up dream housing for our own comfort.

By latest news, Rehman Malik (Interior Minister) stated that “We will not arrest Hafiz Saeed on any other Country’s pressure, as we need evidences against him. So India and all other Countries should Respect our Judiciary”, when he showed up in National Press Club Islamabad. Now the statement seems to be very strong and even having aggression toward all the countries who are planning against Pakistan. Now look into the statement more closely. Rehman Malik Stated that, “Every other country including India, should respect our Judiciary”. Currently, More than 5 current Ministers are facing the cases in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, including Rehman Malik. All of them are denying that all the corruption cases are Fake and they showing no respect to the Judiciary, so how they can still make a statement for other countries?

Secondly, Rehman Malik and all the other Ministers stated that if verdict comes against them, they will resign. Do you guys think, if verdict comes against them, still there will any need for the resignation, as on that verdict, they will be behind the bars for sure.

So In my Opinion, every Statement which is coming from these highlighted ministers, is a Joke. Hats off to Chief Justice Iftikhar Choudhry and to his team mates.
